Order Cancellation

• Customized Products: Orders cannot be canceled once placed as we start processing immediately.

• Readymade Products: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

Return & Refund Eligibility

• Readymade Products:

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Customized Products:

  • Not eligible for return or refund due to personalization and made-to-order nature.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refund will be made to your original payment method.
